- Once we receive the email, we will review the request and email a UPS shipping label for the return.
- Customers can then print the label and return the order to their local UPS store.
- We will handle the shipping process in this case.

4. Lost in Transit:
- If an order is marked as "in transit" but has not been received, we will either issue a refund or reissue the order based on item availability.
- If the order has been idle for longer than 14 business days, please contact us to open a case.

5. Delivered but Not Received:
- If an order is marked as "delivered" but has not been received, we recommend contacting the local UPS store and investigating the issue.
- Once a case is opened with the UPS store, please send us an email with the details.
- We will reissue the order or issue a refund based on item availability.

6. Final Sale Items:
- Please note that sale items, body jewelry, and nose cuffs are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
