1. Shipping & Delivery within the U.S.:

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays.
- Shipping charges will be processed and charged at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Outside the U.S.:
- For international orders, delivery times are estimated to be 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
- The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and fees applied by the destination country.

3. Errors and Shipment Delays:
- We strive to ship products within the specified time frame promised.
- However, please note that we will not be responsible for shipment delays caused by weather or other natural or environmental factors.
- We recommend placing your order in advance to allow for any unplanned delays.

4. Lost in Transit Orders:
- If an order is marked as "in transit" but has not been received, please contact us within 14 business days to open a case.
- We will either issue a refund or reissue the order based on item availability.
- Please note that we will assess the situation and availability of the items before determining the appropriate resolution.

5. Delivered but Not Received Orders:
- If an order is marked as "delivered" but has not been received, we recommend contacting the local UPS store to investigate the issue.
- Once a case is opened with the UPS store, please send us an email at help@nyzaccessory.shop with the case details.
- We will reissue the order or issue a refund based on item availability and the outcome of the investigation.

6. Address Errors:
- If you notice an address error within 24 hours of purchase, please email help@nyzaccessory.shop.
- In the email, include your name, order number, and the updated address.
- We will do our best to update the address if the order has not been shipped yet.
